Seraph is ROEHN's AI concierge—an educational tool that helps you understand your biomarkers and longevity science. It provides insights, not medical advice or diagnoses.
Do memberships include prescriptions?
No. Prescription products require separate telehealth verification when applicable. ROEHN memberships provide access and savings, not medical services.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. You can change your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Who is your partner pharmacy?
F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy is our licensed compounding pharmacy partner. Address: 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014. Phone: (877) 858-3784. They are licensed to dispense medications in 44 US states. Unfortunately, they cannot dispense sterile compounds and do not have a license in the following US states: California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and Delaware.

What states do you serve?
We cover all US states except Mississippi. Telehealth consultations are available in every state we serve, and prescriptions are routed to a partner pharmacy licensed to dispense in the patient's state. Due to Mississippi's restrictions on certain medications for weight-loss treatment, we do not offer services in Mississippi at this time.
Service Areas & Legal Jurisdictions
Within our process, we have access to see all states where the pharmacy is licensed. Our system will not allow orders to be submitted or fulfilled if the state in which the pharmacy is licensed isn't permitted. It will block the order and not allow it to be sent to the pharmacy. We employ multi-layer geo-gating to prevent service to patients or receive shipments in states where dispensing is not permitted. State allow-list blocks are programmed from preventing interactions at the patient's location at the time of encounter or via mail. We provide prescriptions only to partner pharmacies licensed to ship to the patient's state. We monthly review compliance of license to ship to the patient's state. If neither partner covers the state, the prescription is not sent to a pharmacy until a compliant dispensing pathway is secured. Monthly compliance review of execution of license to ship, state licensure, or licensing block ensures that we only serve patients where permitted by law.
